RaynaeTaylor, Director, Instructor
Raynae, is a certified pre-license, post-license and continuing education Real Estate Instructor with over 12 years of classroom experience. Raynae is a Neighborhood Stabilization Pro (NSPro™) and a Certified Default Services Professional (CDSP™). She consults, coaches, and guides new Real Estate Consultants in becoming productive in their businesses, as well as works with agents one on one as a mentor, she teaches classes empowering agents with knowledge of the industry, imparts valuable tools and techniques on how to succeed, and teaches the importance of providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients.

Moira Taylor, Instructor
Moira is a certified housing counselor with NID-HCA a HUD approved organization. She is a community advocate. Moira experience includes 6 years as a mortgage loan officer and she has provided countless hours of training in many areas pertaining to the Real Estate industy.   She is extremely active in homebuyer education and assisting homeowner obtain loan modifications to maintan their homes.
