Registrations
To register and guarantee a seat in class, registration must be paid in full prior to the start date of class. You may register online or by phone. Cutting Edge Institute Worldwide will mail, email or fax you a confirmation of registration time-permitting.
Walk-in Registrations (space available only)
Walk-in registrants are permitted when space is available. Tuition must be paid in full before the start of class with credit card, money order, or cash. Please arrive 15 minutes early if you are attempting to obtain a seat in class without pre-registering.Cutting Edge Institute Worldwide reserves the right to cancel class (es) due to circumstances beyond our control.
Attendance
Classes start on time! The state of Georgia requires 100% attendance in order for you to receive credit for your course. If you have any questions regarding attendance, please call Cutting Edge Institute Worldwide.
Rescheduling
Fees apply per person per event:
One-time only, 5+ days written notification - No charge
1-4 days written notification - $10 charge
All no shows - $20 charge

Refunds
There are NO REFUNDS on or after the start date of your class, however, students have ONE YEAR to transfer monies left on account from one class to another, or may place their enrollment on “hold” for one year at no additional charge. At the end of one year students must re-enroll at current tuition rates. NO CREDIT will be allowed for textbooks. Written requests for refunds must be received in our office 1 business day prior to start of class. A $25 fee for CE and Post-Licensing courses and a $50 fee for Pre-License courses will be held on the student's account for 1 year from the date of your original registration.

Course Descriptions
Sales Pre-Licensing Classes
Georgia Law requires applicants for a salesperson’s license to: (1) complete a minimum of 75 credit hours covering the state mandated curriculum, (2) pass a school given pre-license exam with a minimum score of 75%, (3) pass a state examination with a score of 75% or better, (4) be at least 18 years of age, (5) be a high school graduate or the holder of a GED and (6) submit a GCIC (Georgia Crime Information Center) report.
Our School's Pre-License program has been approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission as satisfying the mandated curriculum. Cutting Edge Institute Worldwide offers day and evening classes for the required 75-hour course. A computer based course is also available, which all work is completed on a computer. Upon completion of the course and passing a proctored school exam, the student has satisfied the educational requirement for taking the state examination.
Cram Course
This course is essential in preparation for passing the Georgia Real Estate Salesperson or Broker Examination. The intensive review will help strengthen your knowledge on the material as well as give you thorough test taking skillsManaging Short Sale 1
This class is designed to help agents learn the basics of the Traditional Short Sale process. Agents will gain insight of the pre-foreclosure process. Loss mitigation, loan modification, technology and deed in lieu of foreclosure will be discussed.
Managing Short Sale 2
This is an advanced class is for agents that have taken the Managing Short Sales-Part 1 or have worked with several short sales. Students will gain deeper understanding of the of Short Sale process. Listing presentation and Short Sale package development will be discussed. At the conclusion of this class the student will be able to discuss and determine when Short Sales may be an applicable option for the homeowner.
HAFA- Kick-Start
Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative is an introduction class designed to help agents gain insight to the essential guidelines of the Department of Treasury's pre-approved Short Sale program. Agents will begin to understand how to assist homeowners in selling theirhome.
HAFA – Beyond the Basics
Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative is an advanced class for agents that have taken the HAFA Kick-Start Introduction class or have worked with HAFA. At the conclusion of this class agents will be prepared to work with distressed sellers helping them through the process as well as help them understand timelines and other aspects of the deal.
Broker Price Opinion -1 – Setting the Value with the BPO
Students will learn the basics of generating a Broker's Price Opinion (BPO). You will gain insight of the steps and processes involved in creating the BPO. We examine the BOP grid in great detail to learn all the components of the BPO. Students learn why BPOs are needed and what Asset Managers expectations are.
Broker Price Opinion -2 – Ramping Up Going Beyond the Basics
This is an interactive class. Students will generate a BPO –choosing comparables for listings and solds, making adjustments and determine value for subject. This is vital for students if they are going to survive in today's market.
